John is a partner in Coastal Development Partners and Mash Management Services with over 20 years of experience in management, brokerage and construction along the east coast. John’s career began in New York City working for a midsize real estate company focused on leasing and management around the New York City area. John moved to Charlotte, NC in an opportunity to expand his career with Lincoln Harris where he managed the Bank of America real estate portfolio. In 2004, John moved back home to Savannah, GA to start his own development and construction company where he has focused on the construction of over 100 infill properties in downtown Savannah as well as custom homes throughout the Savannah and Bluffton areas.

John Graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. John is a licensed Contractor and Real Estate Broker in Georgia and South Carolina. He is an active board member at the Home Builders Association of Savannah and is also a member of the Historic Savannah Foundation.
